There is no game account to delete
Pointer Escape’s no-login release does not create a game account. Your game save is local. RevenueCat and the app store hold separate purchase information, so removing the app does not remove all purchase-provider records.
Remove local progress
On Android, use your device’s app settings to clear Pointer Escape’s storage. On iOS, delete the app and its data rather than offloading it. Exact settings names depend on the device.
This can permanently remove levels, coins, hints, cosmetics and unspent retries. There is no game-account backup to restore them from. Restart journey only restarts that journey; it is not full data deletion. Device backups, if any, are managed separately through your device or backup provider.
If you also want purchase-provider records deleted, note your Support ID from Menu → User info before removing the app. Do not uninstall as the first step in resolving a missing purchase.
Request deletion of other information
Email fourohfourdigital@gmail.com to request deletion of Pointer Escape support messages or purchase information we control. Include your platform, Support ID if available, and what you want deleted. If you no longer have the ID, tell us; we may need other transaction details to locate and verify the record.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full card details or identity documents with the initial request. Opening the email link does not submit a request; you must send the message yourself.
We will verify the request, explain what can be deleted and identify any records that must be retained for legal obligations or unresolved disputes. Within one month of verifying the request, we will respond and complete the deletion, including the RevenueCat customer record for your Support ID and related support emails. Apple and Google manage their own payment records under their policies. Data deletion does not refund a purchase or restore a lost balance.
